As Team founder of Indian Lunar team. I started my journey in November ’07. I Started with a team of around 5 members. Till this date I have lost some of my team mates because of lack of sponsors.  

In this journey we have tried to design a moon-rover, a lunar module which can carry moon-rover, orbits by which we can put lunar module in lower lunar orbits, some landing mechanism etc. 

In beginning of this mission we were thinking to use Falcon1, for lift-off but we found that Indian space agency ISRO has already developed a rocket which can take lunar-module in to lower earth orbit and can be cheaper than Falcon1. We ended up deciding that PSLV rocket can be used for this task… 

My dream was to make this mission self supported, even if we lose this competition and can’t reach moon in time, mission should not be in any problem and sponsors can earn their money back. We ended up with some business ideas …

In this task I have got good support from team mates. We went to some colleges for some seminars and got good amount of attention.  

And all team members are very grateful to Synergy Moon Team that give us a chance to join with them in this historical event and I hope this merger will be a great help to Synergy Moon team and to us also. We hope that at the end of the day we reach lunar surface.
